Job Description:

Creator Partnerships Lead

Company: HeyOz
Location: Remote (Global)
Type: Full-time or Contract

About HeyOz

We're a consumer AI studio that knows how to build products people love.

Our first product revolutionized the AI companion space, scaling to 6 million+ users and earning recognition from TechCrunch as "the future" in 2023. We were the first AI companion to perform system tasks, read screens, and play games with users — pioneering multi-lingual, multi-modal AI agents that could see, hear, talk, and exist across devices and even AR/VR.

But here's what we learned: even with millions of users and groundbreaking tech, distribution remains the hardest problem.

We built HeyOz because we've lived through the pain of being builders who had to become marketers. Now we're using that experience to solve distribution for every builder out there. HeyOz is an AI-powered ads creation platform where users can create static ads, AI UGC, carousels, long-form b-roll videos, and more.

The Role

We're looking for someone to own our creator programs — influencer partnerships, UGC campaigns, and ambassador programs across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

You'll be responsible for finding the right creators, reaching out, negotiating deals, briefing them, and managing the relationships. This isn't a "send 50 DMs and hope" role — we need someone who understands what actually goes viral on each platform and can translate that into briefs that get results.

We have some systems in place, but you'll have the autonomy to rebuild or improve them. We're looking for someone with a tech-forward mindset who thinks about automation and workflows, not just manual hustle.

What you'll own:

  • Scouting and outreach — Find creators who fit our brand and audience across all platforms. Reach out, pitch the partnership, and close the deal. This will be high volume — we're building a large creator network, not a handful of partnerships.
  • Brief creation — You'll collaborate with our marketing team on creative direction, but you own the briefs. You need to know what works on TikTok vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube and tailor briefs accordingly.
  • Program management — Manage influencer campaigns (paid partnerships with creators who have audiences), UGC programs (content we use in our ads), and ambassador programs (ongoing relationships). Track deliverables, timelines, and performance.
  • Relationship building — Creators are people, not vendors. You'll build real relationships that turn one-off posts into long-term partnerships.
  • Budget management — You'll have budget for paid creators. Negotiate rates, manage spend, and make sure we're getting ROI.
  • Systems and automation — Outreach, tracking, payments, follow-ups — there's a lot of repetitive work in creator management. We want someone who builds workflows and automates what can be automated using AI and other tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Platform fluency. You know what goes viral on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You understand the nuances — what works on TikTok won't work on LinkedIn. You can write briefs that set creators up to succeed on each platform.
  • Outreach and negotiation skills. You can find the right creators, get their attention, and close partnerships. You're comfortable negotiating rates and structuring deals.
  • Relationship builder. You're good with people. Creators want to work with you again. You follow up, you remember details, you make people feel valued.
  • Organized and systematic. Managing dozens (eventually hundreds) of creators requires serious organization. You track everything, nothing slips through the cracks, and you build systems to keep it manageable.
  • Tech-forward mindset. You look at a manual process and think "how do I automate this?" You're comfortable with tools — CRMs, outreach automation, AI, whatever helps you scale.
  • Self-directed. You'll own this function. That means you need to prioritize, make decisions, and drive results without constant oversight.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running influencer, UGC, or ambassador programs (show us the results)
  • You've built creator workflows or managed high-volume outreach before
  • Background in marketing, community, or social media with proof you can figure this out
  • Existing relationships with creators in relevant niches (marketing, tech, entrepreneurship, creator economy)

How to Apply

Send us:

  1. A brief intro — who you are and why this role interests you
  2. Relevant experience — either running creator programs, or adjacent work that shows you can do this (be specific about what you did and what happened)
  3. Your take on what makes a good creator brief for one platform of your choice — just a few sentences showing you understand the nuance
  4. Optionally: any tools or workflows you've built to manage outreach or partnerships at scale
