Our first product revolutionized the AI companion space, scaling to 6 million+ users and earning recognition from TechCrunch as "the future" in 2023. We were the first AI companion to perform system tasks, read screens, and play games with users — pioneering multi-lingual, multi-modal AI agents that could see, hear, talk, and exist across devices and even AR/VR.

But here's what we learned: even with millions of users and groundbreaking tech, distribution remains the hardest problem.

We built HeyOz because we've lived through the pain of being builders who had to become marketers. Now we're using that experience to solve distribution for every builder out there. HeyOz is an AI-powered ads creation platform where users can create static ads, AI UGC, carousels, long-form b-roll videos, and more.



The Role

We're launching 15+ TikTok and Instagram pages across different niches — marketing, dropshipping, astrology, and other high-virality verticals. We need someone to create the content, build the systems to scale it, and optimize for growth.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. You'll be using AI tools to produce content at volume, tracking what performs, and constantly experimenting with new niches and formats. The goal is views, engagement, and virality — not just consistent posting.

What you'll own:

  • Daily content creation — You'll be responsible for producing content across all accounts, starting at 1 post per account per day and ramping up. This includes static images, carousels, and short-form video. You won't be posting — just creating and handing off.
  • Systemizing production — 15+ posts a day can't be manual. You'll build workflows and systems using AI tools to semi-automate or fully automate content creation while maintaining quality.
  • Performance tracking — You'll monitor what's working across accounts and niches. Views, engagement, saves, shares — you're watching the numbers and learning from them.
  • Niche and format research — You'll continuously scout for new niches to test, new content formats trending on the platforms, and new angles that could pop. Some pages will work, some won't — your job is to find the winners faster.
  • Optimization — Based on performance data, you'll iterate on what's working. Double down on winning formats, kill what's not performing, test new hypotheses.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience creating content with AI tools. You know how to use tools like MidJourney, Runway, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar to produce quality content quickly. You're not figuring this out for the first time.
  • You've grown pages before. Ideally, you've built or managed social accounts that actually got traction — not just posted consistently, but grew. Show us the numbers.
  • Systems thinker. You can look at a repetitive process and figure out how to automate or streamline it. You'll be building the content engine, not just operating it.
  • Platform-native. You understand what works on TikTok and Instagram — the formats, the trends, the hooks, the pacing. You consume this content yourself and have opinions about why things go viral.
  • Data-driven. You track performance, spot patterns, and make decisions based on what the numbers tell you. You're not just guessing.
  • High output. This role has volume expectations. You'll need to hit daily targets to maintain consistency across accounts. If that sounds exhausting rather than exciting, this isn't the right fit.
  • Self-directed. You'll have autonomy to experiment and make calls. That means you need to be proactive, organized, and able to run without constant oversight.


Nice to Have

  • Experience running faceless or themed pages at scale
  • You've tested multiple niches and know how to spot virality potential
  • Background in growth marketing or performance content
  • You've built content SOPs or trained others on your workflows


Compensation

Competitive, based on experience and engagement type (full-time/contract). Cash compensation.
