We're building an AI-powered marketing, creative, and advertising platform — and we're looking for a growth leader who can take it from 0 to 1 and beyond. You've scaled B2C and B2SMB products through both paid and organic, ideally in the AI era, and you know how to turn early traction into a real growth engine.
You're hands-on, not just a strategist. You've grown an app or product from zero, you stay on top of every new growth play — from AI agents to organic UGC — and you move fast when the playbook doesn't exist yet.

You're a fit if:

• You've scaled B2C and B2SMB products through paid and organic channels
• You've taken an app or product from 0 to 1 hands-on
• You're fluent in AI-era growth — agents, automation, organic UGC, the latest hacks
• You understand marketing, creative, and advertising deeply
• You're a builder and an operator, not just a deck-maker
