Our first product revolutionized the AI companion space, scaling to 6 million+ users and earning recognition from TechCrunch as "the future" in 2023. We were the first AI companion to perform system tasks, read screens, and play games with users — pioneering multi-lingual, multi-modal AI agents that could see, hear, talk, and exist across devices and even AR/VR.

But here's what we learned: even with millions of users and groundbreaking tech, distribution remains the hardest problem.

We built HeyOz because we've lived through the pain of being builders who had to become marketers. Now we're using that experience to solve distribution for every builder out there. HeyOz is an AI-powered ads creation platform where users can create static ads, AI UGC, carousels, long-form b-roll videos, and more.


The Role
We're looking for a Director of Agency Growth, someone who has spent years in the e-commerce and DTC marketing world and built real relationships with the people who control ad budgets and agency contracts.
This is not a role where you'll be given a list of leads to cold-call. We want someone who can walk in with relationships and turn them into pilots. We handle the execution and delivery. You bring the network and the credibility to open doors.


Our model is simple: we run a paid pilot with every new client. We show what's possible. If they love the results, and they always have, they stay. Your job is to get us in the room.


In return, you'll receive meaningful equity ownership and uncapped commission. You're not joining a headcount, you're joining as a partner with skin in the game.

What You Bring

  • A genuine network of decision-makers at DTC/e-commerce brands or marketing agencies — people who trust your judgment and take your calls
  • 5+ years in marketing services, creative production, media buying, or martech — you know this world inside out
  • A track record of generating $500K+ in revenue through your own relationships, not just a CRM
  • Deep familiarity with performance marketing, paid social, and what makes creative actually convert
  • Ability to navigate conversations across services ($5K–$50K/month) and platform ($500–$5K/month)
  • Strong instinct for when to push, when to let the work speak, and when to walk away

Background we're excited by:

  • Business development or growth leadership at a performance marketing or creative agency
  • Sales or partnerships at a martech platform serving e-commerce (creative tools, ad automation, attribution)
  • Agency-side leadership serving DTC brands in fashion, beauty, health, CPG, or consumer tech
  • Senior media buyer or creative strategist who has crossed into commercial roles
