Our first product revolutionized the AI companion space, scaling to 6 million+ users and earning recognition from TechCrunch as "the future" in 2023. We were the first AI companion to perform system tasks, read screens, and play games with users — pioneering multi-lingual, multi-modal AI agents that could see, hear, talk, and exist across devices and even AR/VR.
But here's what we learned: even with millions of users and groundbreaking tech, distribution remains the hardest problem.
We built HeyOz because we've lived through the pain of being builders who had to become marketers. Now we're using that experience to solve distribution for every builder out there. HeyOz is an AI-powered ads creation platform where users can create static ads, AI UGC, carousels, long-form b-roll videos, and more.
The Role
We're looking for a GTM Lead who can immediately drive revenue through existing client relationships. You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, building our go-to-market engine while directly closing deals with e-commerce brands, marketing agencies, and app publishers.
What You'll Do
- Bring immediate revenue through your existing network of marketing contacts
- Build and execute outbound sales strategies for our three core ICPs
- Sell both our self-serve AI content platform and full-service agency offerings
- Develop channel partnerships with marketing agencies and consultants
- Create sales processes, pricing strategies, and enablement materials
- Work directly with our CEO (ex-founder who scaled to 6M users) to refine positioning
Your Background
Essential:
- 4-8 years selling marketing services, martech tools, or creative solutions
- Existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at agencies or e-commerce brands
- Track record of bringing $500K+ ARR through personal network within 6 months
- Experience with performance marketing, creative production, or paid advertising ecosystems
- Comfortable selling both product ($500-5K/month) and services ($5K-50K/month)
Ideal Previous Roles:
- Business Development at marketing agencies (especially those serving e-commerce/DTC)
- Sales at martech platforms (creative tools, ad platforms, automation software)
- Performance marketing roles with extensive agency/brand network
- Partnership roles at e-commerce platforms or advertising ecosystems

- Small-mid marketing agencies (1-50 employees) serving e-commerce clients
